Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of homespaces.pro (the "Site"), operated by Home Spaces ("Home Spaces," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a form, calling a number listed on this Site, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What Home Spaces Does

Home Spaces is a lead generation service. We are not an insurance agency, real estate brokerage, solar installer, or home warranty provider. When you submit your information through our forms, we (and/or our marketing partners) share it with one or more third-party companies, contractors, agents, or service providers ("Partners") who may contact you to offer products or services related to home sales, home and auto insurance, solar installation, or home warranty. Any agreement, quote, sale, or service you receive is between you and the Partner — Home Spaces is not a party to that transaction and does not guarantee pricing, availability, licensing status, or quality of any Partner's product or service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to submit a request through this Site. By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address provided.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form on this Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by Home Spaces and up to four (4) of our Partners regarding home service offers, using the phone number and email address you provided. This may include contact by telephone call, SMS/text message, email, pre-recorded or artificial voice message, and automated dialing technology, even if your telephone number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. See our SMS Marketing Policy for full details on text messaging consent. Consent to be contacted is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We make reasonable efforts to match your request with relevant Partners in your service area, but we do not guarantee that any Partner will contact you, that you will receive a specific number of quotes, or that any quote will meet your expectations on price or terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Home Spaces and its Partners are not liable for delays, missed communications, or inaccurate quotes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Home Spaces or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Partners

This Site may link to or share your information with third-party websites and companies. Home Spaces is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, licensing, or conduct of any third party. Review each Partner's own terms and privacy policy before doing business with them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ANY MATCHING SERVICE PROVIDED ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
